Over 110,000 pounds of food from Tyson given out
110,000 pounds of food from Tyson given out - Wilkes Journal Patriot (NC)
On Monday, a surprise donation of boxes of Tyson protein food products was made to about 700 families invited by Anchor Ridge to its facility in North Wilkesboro. Each family at Monday’s event received a 40-pound box of chicken product, along with other food items and Christmas presents. Remaining boxes of food were given out to the general public on Tuesday.
